The staff, the nurse's and the doctor were all friendly and explained everything to me.. I'm so pleased that I chose them, I just wish they were a little closer to where I live. But they're worth the drive.

Had an EGD/Colonoscopy with GC of SA by Dr J Ryan Cunningham at Boerne ASC today. Besides the prep last night and early morning it was a great experience. The staff were efficient and knowledgeable and concerned for my safety and comfort. I was in and out without issue in about 1 1/2 hour. Was given a paper copy with pictures, results and recommendations. Both the nurse and Dr discussed findings with me and my spouse before leaving. Great job!

Typically I only write reviews to warn others of problems - this time I am writing to let you know that Dr. Harsh Patel is easily one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. I had been dealing with GI problems for years and had several different diagnoses, and many different GI doctors - they didn't listen, were in a hurry, the offices were crowded, often waiting for hours to see the doctor, and they all wanted to sell me some probiotic, or SIBO test or FODMap program - not one ever helped me. Dr Harsh Patel in the Boerne location, was patient and kind and listened to me and came up with a strategy to find the correct diagnosis. He didn't appear annoyed at all about my experiences that I shared with him as I have lived this for a very long time. Many doctors do not want to hear your opinion and think they simply know more than you do. I cant say how much I appreciated that. His staff was not quite as friendly.
