Friendly and professional staff, Dr. Patel had great chairside diagnostic manner. Doctor answered all my questions in terms I understood, not too doctor technical. The doctor listened the how I was feeling and was interested in my medical and family history. A very positive experience.
It was my first visit with Dr. Cavazos. He knew my medical file which letbme know he cares and is be prepared for the visit. My visit was pleasant and Dr. Cavazos was attentive to what I was telling him. So far great doctor
My visit with Melinda Gonzalez was excellent. I usually have questions to ask and she explains it thoroughly. The service is great with the entire office employees and as a patient I appreciate it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GASTROENTEROLOGIST absolutely outrageous and deceptive billing practices. Let me be clear: the doctor himself Dr. Gancayco was great, and medically I have no complaints. But their BILLING DEPARTMENT? Completely shady and dishonest. They give you ZERO transparency about costs unless you chase them down and even then, they straight-up lie.
