DO NOT GO TO THIS GASTROENTEROLOGIST absolutely outrageous and deceptive billing practices. Let me be clear: the doctor himself Dr. Gancayco was great, and medically I have no complaints. But their BILLING DEPARTMENT? Completely shady and dishonest. They give you ZERO transparency about costs unless you chase them down and even then, they straight-up lie. Office visit was quick and everyone especially Dr Alvarez was friendly & attentive. The nurse and Dr Alvarez let me know about procedures and what to expect. Definitely recommend and will lets all friends and family know!
I was having constipation issues and My PCP sent me to Dr. Ayyar with Gastroenterology Consultants. I explained my symptoms to him and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He recommended a colonoscopy to rule out any abnormalities. I was very pleased and recommend Dr. Ayyar to anyone needing advice with GI issues.
When I arrived at the clinic, there was no clear sign stating that it was for Gastroenterology. Instead, there was a large vinyl sign hanging that displayed it was a Dermatology clinic. There were two women at the front desk. One was very friendly and the other seemed very busy. Coffee and water was displayed as well as uncovered cookies.
