The scheduling department/front desk is poorly uncoordinated. It seems the staff hardly has their information together. It’s upsetting. HOWEVER Dr. West guard Taylor is amazing and kind and very educational. He has been taking amazing care of my child.
Extremely unprofessional staff operating phone lines and referrals. Monika definitely needs help with communicating to people.
It’s a pain to get in! Just trying to get my child another appointment to see his gi and it’s we will put you on the call list. My child doesn’t have time for no stupid call list. Definitely finding another place who will take my child’s health more serious.
I love Dr Maheshwari she is so wonderful and attentive to my daughter care. She has explained everything so thoroughly. She really cares about her patients.
