Dr Diego Kuperschmith was very professional and knowledgeable about his field, my own patient web portal made easy to make appointments, reminders, documents, questions. I'm highly satisfied with their services. Also they speak several languages Thank you very much!
If your life depends on somebody answering your call, you're done. Spent 2 days on the phone, for hours, and nobody answered. Doctors are great, but zero for this front desk management.
Dr. Portru is great but the billing team is unprofessional and borders on harassment. They have been trying to collect on the disallowed amount of $71.55 despite my calls and emails explaining that my insurance says that amount is not collectible from the patient or the insurance company per their contract with the insurance company. Despite calls and emails from me and my confirming with my insurance who also sent them a follow up notification … they STILL keep trying to collect.
Making an appointment was extremely difficult. People need medical help and the representative (after calling a number of times) was extremely rude and impatient. I'm not sure how a medical facility would get business if they're so unpleasant with new patients. I should have looked at the reviews before even thinking of calling.
I made an appointment with Dr. Gabriel Herman for evaluation of gastrointestinal issues. He was affable and suggested an EGD. Same was duly performed and he spoke to me briefly while I was in recovery. Thereafter, I never heard from him again. No further notes were placed in my patient portal beyond the results of the EGD, and there was no mention of follow up. Several months later I saw a pulmonologist.
