Making an appointment was extremely difficult. People need medical help and the representative (after calling a number of times) was extremely rude and impatient. I'm not sure how a medical facility would get business if they're so unpleasant with new patients. I should have looked at the reviews before even thinking of calling.
I made an appointment with Dr. Gabriel Herman for evaluation of gastrointestinal issues. He was affable and suggested an EGD. Same was duly performed and he spoke to me briefly while I was in recovery. Thereafter, I never heard from him again. No further notes were placed in my patient portal beyond the results of the EGD, and there was no mention of follow up. Several months later I saw a pulmonologist. Care is great, the GI Dr. Potru was amazing. But good luck trying to pay your bill!! Unfortunately why I'm giving Only 3 stars. It's so hard to reach anyone
Dr Trinh has been my hero since I was diagnosed with a chronic condition she is always available empathetic persistent advocating for me to live a full life I can't thank you enough for the special, excellent care you provided and the unique gift you are to your patients
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the unprofessionalism of the medical staff. My health personal information was improperly disclosed while attempting to obtain a medical order. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation ,the staff was unhelpful and dismissive ,which not only violated my privacy but also left me without the necessary order .This experience has been frustrating and concerning ,reflecting poorly on the practice.
