Although Kevin was great, their scheduling is a nightmare. Waited over 45 min after appointment time, after being told to be there 15 minutes early. The procedure they scheduled was also over 2 hours late. They really need to work on this.
NEVER EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! HOW SAD AND DISGUSTING.
EDIT: I am updating this review 2 years after my initial review... To report that reaching the office is *still* a nightmare. When you call this office and go through the menu, you end up on hold where a message interrupts the hold music every 30 seconds or so recommending you leave a message and "someone will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours". I don't want a call back in 1 or 2 days! Inevitably they will call back when I'm in the middle of something else or driving and don't have my calendar or my questions handy. If a pat... read more
My girlfriend left a message to schedule an appointment because her family doctor couldn't contact anyone there. She left her name and number but got no call back after two weeks. I witnessed her on the phone for hours waiting for someone to pickup. But the recording said everyone was busy. Finally she gave up. After two days calling! You don't have a concern Northern Light? All they can seem to do is let the phone ring and ring. Maybe someone there will be on the receiving end some day and deal with the same crap.
