NEVER EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! HOW SAD AND DISGUSTING.
EDIT: I am updating this review 2 years after my initial review... To report that reaching the office is *still* a nightmare. When you call this office and go through the menu, you end up on hold where a message interrupts the hold music every 30 seconds or so recommending you leave a message and "someone will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours". My girlfriend left a message to schedule an appointment because her family doctor couldn't contact anyone there. She left her name and number but got no call back after two weeks. I witnessed her on the phone for hours waiting for someone to pickup. But the recording said everyone was busy. Finally she gave up. After two days calling! You don't have a concern Northern Light? All they can seem to do is let the phone ring and ring. Maybe someone there will be on the receiving end some day and deal with the same crap.
I had an appointment for April 4th for a colonoscopy. Not even a text or a call telling me hey, we had to change your date due to whatever. I have PTO and Admin leave put in and I cannot change it. I was given a pamphlet with the date and everything, even with instructions! I had no notice, and I've been left on hold for over 15 minutes. The hospital is nice, but calling is like trying to pry a toy from a toddler. Would not recommend.
