Dr. Khanna and his staff went out of their way to make me and my children welcome in their office. They were on time, efficient, knowledgable, and willing explain to me about everything they were doing.
My appointment started on time. My hygienist was really friendly and good at explaining plan of care and tips on good oral hygiene. My cleaning was done efficiently and time was not wasted which I appreciate. Dr. Khanna and his staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I am 78 and Nancy does the best dental cleaning I have ever had.
When I entered the office and signed in...office admin told me I did not have an appointment on schedule. I beg to differ, I had responded to 2 emails and 1 text saying I would be keeping my appointment. Unfortunately there was a slight error made that had cancelled my appointment day of, instead of another patients appointment.
