Hey This place is great, Dr Brown is my doctor and he is so very smart about any issue I may have, The nurse always returns my phone calls, I highly recommend them.
IF YOU CAN GO ANY WHERE ELSE FOR TREATMENT I WOULD DO SO. THE BILLING FOR SPARKS IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE BEEN SENT TO COLECTIONS 5 TIMES ON DIFFERENT BILLS THAT WERE ALREADY PAID. WHEN YOU SEE THE DOCTOR BE PREPARED FOR THE NURSE AND DOCTOR TO BE FACING THE COMPUTER IN THE ROOM THE ENTIRE TIME. IT TAKES THEM LONGER TO ANSWER ALL THE QUESTION AND CHECK THE BOXES ON THE COMPUTER THAT IT GIVES THEM NO TIME WITH THE PATIENT. EACH APOINTMENT NOW TAKES LONGER BECAUSE OF THE COMPUTER ALSO. I have been with this clinic for over 25years.And with Dr Wm K Riley about the same. I love this Dr and his staff. Each day of new technology I find that they are up on this. I love Dr Riley and nurse Misty.
You go to a walk-in when you need care right away that isn t an emergency. They charged me my co-pay then sent a bill that indicated I had paid nothing. When I call them to tell them I paid they informed me that my \$10 went toward the facility fee and that the bill I received is for the doctor. I am sorry but their nasty facility doesn t deserve a fee and I sure shouldn t have to pay my co-pay twice. I will not be using Sparks Health Systems EVER again. This is a fine clinic with a well trained and friendly staff. Centrally located in Greenbrier, AR, it makes a great alternative to having to drive to Conway.
I only give the clinic two stars because I have left more than one message for the nurse to call only to never receive a call back. When I finally did get to talk to the nurse and she left a note at the front desk for me and told me they were open til 5:00pm so I told her I would make his appointment when I picked up the form. When I arrived at 4:40 I was not able to schedule an appointment for my son because I was told that scheduling closed at 4:30. The lady at the desk was rude to me. I have visited this Cornerstone clinic 3 times - not once has my bill been correct. The first time I paid my fee for an initial visit (\$75.00) in cash at the time of the visit, yet a few weeks later, I got a bill stating I owed an additional \$25.00. I called and was told theyd made a mistake. OK, mistakes happen. But then I went in for a procedure in early November that was covered 100% by an outside insurance provider.
