After reading my visit notes I realized how incompetent they are. The notes say that the pain I came in for is in my upper quadrant when in fact it is in my lower quadrant. Not only that, the care plan is for GERD, which unsurprisingly has been entirely ineffective. I was completely misdiagnosed. They couldn't even get the area of my body correct.
The gals at the front desk are great, however; I called 2 times to ask if my Pantroprozal bumped uo to two pulls per day. The Doctor couldn't even bother to contact me to tell me why this request wasn't being approved. To be honest, I've found male Doctors of this particular culture have terrible customer service skills towards women. I've been ignored, not listened to and not valued as a patient. There is a doctor in family medicine same thing. It's frustrating.
