I have never in my lifetime. Had so much trouble trying to schedule an appointment with a Doctor. I have a PPO. I have been trying for three weeks. Why is St. Luke's letting this type of service happen? I call every day. They can't seem to look up the referral to see that they received it. I shouldn't need it because of the type of insurance I have. I hope the medical attention is better than the appointment desk.
Dr Jilani is compassionate and thorough. He explains all test results and listens when I’m asking questions…even when he is trying to take notes. He leaves no stone unturned. He is an excellent doctor. I’m thankful for him.
The person who answers phone for this facility is very rude.
