No patient should've to wait over 30 minutes to be seen by the provider for only 5 minutes. Three office visit, and this will be my last one. Dr. Williams displayed, no patient compassion for my needs dealing with GERDS, and IBS. Dr. Williams was recommended by the previous GI doctor I had before retirement. The worst mistake ever.
