The front desk woman is horrible. Her super industrial strength customer service voice makes you want to run full force into the glass doors and knock yourself out. She also loves to repeat everyone's personal information REALLY LOUD for everyone else in the waiting room to hear. Other clients now know your full address and phone number and emergency contact etc. Even though you have already signed in on the kiosk.
