Horrible place!! Front receptionist was sick! Coughing and hacking and sniffing bad! Was there on time a guy comes in heard conversation...said he was early he said he knew ..sat there half hr more...they took him ! Wait few more min asked why he went they knew I had a appt at 10... scheduler liz came out and told me I could reschedule..I said why he went when I’ve been here a hr! She said he had appt before me I said no I heard the conversation he was later .. then she said my paperwork wasn’t ready lol I said I was half hr... read more
I have been waiting since Dec. 5th to have a procedure scheduled and each time I call no one seems to know what’s going on. I have called and left several messages and still no response. get with it people, my insurance expires at the end of the month!
Receptionist is totally inept. Let my husband wait 45 minutes in the waiting room after he had signed in, only to tell him that because he did not stand in front of her and wait for her to get off the phone, that he was going to have to wait and hope he could be worked in, or be rescheduled. Who does that!? He was 15 minutes EARLY - only to be ignored and unseen. So rude!
They are all nice people... The Dr.s all the way to the staff....
The Dr I saw is very good. Listen to you and asks ????.
