Dr. Stefetti did my outpatient procedure today and he was excellent, very caring, explained everything and listened to me! Besides the staff at bayonet point outpatient center, we're all excellent and taking extra care of me!
Had appointment at 2 showed up required 15 minutes prior and waited , after 30 minutes I asked how much longer , 130 appointment was still waiting , and was told she still had 30 minutes left . Took 3 months to get the appointment. Was told afternoon appointments you could wait 2-3 hours to see dr.
Dr Staffetti listened to my concerns. He was very knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly, and calmed my nerves. He truly shared in my happiness when I recovered!
