My mom had an appointment at 11:20 am today, we arrived at 1132am, which was 12 mins late, and although I do realize that being on time is very important they do have a 15 min grace period. I left work early and drove from punta Gorda just to take my mom to this appointment. Always calming
Colonoscopy. The front and back office are atrocious. I was referred by my PCP, appointment made. Waited 3 weeks no prep info sent. Then I get call from Atlanta telling me I need to Pay $445 prior to proceedure. Called insurance they said was covered. Called UD and they said noit covered but they will bill insurance first, but I'm still liable. This covered proceedure under Medicare. No me quisieron atender por llegar 15 minutos despues de mi cita. Faltos de toda empatia. Les di mis disculpas, cosas del trafico que yo no controlo. No vivo a la vuelta de la esquina le explique y aun asi me dijo que tenian que reagendar. Mas de una hora me demore en llegar desde mi casa a la clinica. Que faltos de empatia.
