Dania at the Cape Coral office was very helpful and nice, she sawed that I was very urgently for a sooner appointment for my husband and she take it the time to found something for my husband procedure next day, she was already sign out and was her break time and she did not care about it. She help me THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Didn’t even get to go. They called the Day of the appointment two hours prior to let you know that they cannot do anything for you just WOW told to look for a GI specialist??? Make it make sense
I am a critical care RN specializing in safety standards. Medical errors are the third leading cause of death in the US. 80% of medical errors are caused by miscommunication. The communication in this office is so frequently and egregiously very poor that I believe that it is a dangerous place for patients.
