Watch out for significant billing errors and nightmares to correct. I was told they ran the endoscopy by insurance ( total cost including physician , anesthesia and facility )upon checking in they said the out of pocket cost was 780 bucks - I paid it and received a bill for 2,190 bucks! Now I am arguing everything with them. To top it off I asked for my results for the EDG. They said they mailed them. I never received them. I sled if they would upload them in my chart. Never did. Super friendly, helpful, and caring. All employees were positive and polite.
Appointment was on time. Staff was great. Processing paperwork was smooth
Dr. Dorsch especially, but the entire staff are very caring and compassionate. I was so glad to find out that Dr. Dorsch is continuing at this office. Doctor Koka is also wonderful.
I was greeted warmly, everyone was very pleasant.
