Treatment was excellent, phone menu and portal, not so much. Improve the phone menu to speak with a team member early on.
Friendly staff. I saw Arkann Al-Khalilee. She is great. She explained everything and was very thorough. I had the possibiIity of having 1 of 2 procedures. She thoroughly explained both and which of the two we would probably do. I highly recommend her.
