Went very well. Quick. Took me early.
My first appointment which was telehealth - nobody called. When I finally got an appointment, the receptionist couldn't be bothered to so much as look at me. Was condescending and rude. The nurse, didn't bother to pull my referral, test results, or hospital records saying that she didn't have them, only to find out that she did and lied to me about it. She never bothered to look. Updated: I have been mostly happy with the practice. The PA that I have been working with expertly, patiently answers my questions, the reception and nursing staff is good. I have only briefly met with Dr Garrone during two procedures, and was pleased. I have encountered difficulties in making and confirming appointments through the portal and calling the general Nurses line-better luck contacting individual nurses directly.
