Dr. Roark performed a procedure the middle of last year. In recovery, he stated no issues were found and promptly left. Did not give Mr a chance to ask questions. Staff did not schedule a follow-up. I continued to have worsening symptoms so I went to a different gastroenterologist who requested the test results from Dr. Roark’s office. I love the people who work here, as I am always cared for in a way that makes me feel like I am their only focus! Dr. Roark was super sweet and funny - completely put me at ease. I just received a follow-up call with my results - much better than receiving a letter in the mail.
