First & Last time experience for me. I arrived early for my appointment. I checked in Early online, arrived at a 12:40pm appointment in pain, just to check in wait 20 minutes to be told. I can’t be seen until February. The secretary checked everyone except me. I highly felt discriminated & and I’ll never return there again. Find y’all some friendly warm & welcoming staff. Maybe because I had on a Yale sweater. Go where they care for the clients. We have nothing to do with y’all bad days.

DONT TAKE APPOINTMENTS ON WAIT LIST I had a appointment in one week and they canceled it because their automatic system messed up and now my next appointment is in 3 months THEY DO NOT VALUE YOUR HEALTH

I've been trying to get an appointment since October 2021. I scheduled a visit in December which the office re-scheduled for March 2022. That visit was canceled and re-scheduled by the office on the day of the visit. The next available appointment is May 2022. I wonder if GI Associates at UCONN Health actually sees patients at all? It is beyond stressful to wait this long with a potentially dangerous diagnosis hanging over my head.
