Very disappointed, I SUFFER severe Crohns disease, have had 2 bowel resections when Dr Schlippert was my doctor. I miss him sooo mich as does everyone else! Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I got chewed out for my being late...was NOT my fault...was their staff who messed up, so WHY bisch me out? One of their doctors did a colonoscopy during my week long hospital stay for severe anemia...SHE was awesome, but is no longer there...oh well. Glad my Gluten Free Diet and taking Methyl B12 has saved my life, NO more fatigue when ... read more
I had an emergency teleconference appointment and was never contacted. I am having sever liver issues, have a family history of liver issues including death. When I called the clinic to ask why my appointment was not fulfilled I was not taken seriously. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was not allowed to do so. I then asked to speak to the office managers supervisor then and was informed that “maybe” someone would call me back. I would not recommend Adventist as I feel your care will not be taken seriously. They had an amazing dr Chou who’s retired now. Their current receptionist lady is very racist (not tolerant to other ethnicities/minorities), unfriendly, rude, a liar and needs to be fired.
