I am only giving 2 stars because Dr. Harvey was great. They billed my insurance wrong twice. I had my insurance company on a 3 way call with them. The woman was so rude I had to intervene and tell her how nasty she was. That issue was eventually resolved. Then I get a bill for the office visit which they coded and routine. A colonoscopy office visit is not routine. My insurance company called them, and again a nasty person answered. She said they won't re code it. Never again. He takes time to allow you to explain your concerns. He carefully reviews and explains labs as well as other test. Very Professional.
Very knowledgeable about my condition. Prescribed meds that no other gastro has before. Hope it works.
