They gave me an appointment two months in advance. Day of the appointment I go there to realize it has gotten canceled and they didn’t even bother to notify me. They said they’ll schedule something for patients on that day sometime soon but they never did. Had to schedule another appointment with them in 2 months. They gave a call a week before and canceled it AGAIN!!!! Unacceptable!!
I am 60 years old just having my 1st colonoscopy and my experience was amazing , all the nurses and Dr Manzur made me feel so at ease. Especially nurse Johanna helping me with the prep! Would highly recommend Stony Brook Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
Everyone on the team for my procedure was respectful and professional. Dr. Daniel and nurse "Nefertiti" made me feel comfortable and less anxious as did the rest of the team
Very friendly and professional . Explained everything they were going to do and what they did afterwards. I would highly recommend this place for this procedure to everyone. Thank you .
