Scheduling Staff is awful not helpful at all. Dr is good, but I need to repeat a test... when I told him I was going outside the office because he no longer takes my insurance he discouraged me from doing that. I need the test and now he's on vacation but the paper he gave me for the script is not matching the code at the imaging place. I'm getting suspicious

I was to see Dr Begornia twice for stomach pain. I informed him of my history of Diverticulitis. He did not properly address my issue and instead wanted to chase a phantom issue of stiff liver. On the second visit I asked about having a CAT scan to see if Diverticulitis was the issue. H said it was not necessary at this time. The next day presented at the emergency room with bad stomach pain. A CAT scan was performed and showed Diverticulitis with a rather large abscess. I've seen Dr Merchandani in the same office for many years and I would never go to anyone else for my gastroenterologist! The office staff is very kind and the Drs are very thorough in every aspect!!!! I would recommend any Dr in that office but for me Dr Merchandani is the best and he has a great bedside manner!!!!!
