Absolutely ridiculous. I had an appointment, got there early, and ended up waiting for an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time, and was told the doctor had “just arrived” when I approached the front desk to reschedule my appointment as I didn’t have time to wait…it was 11:30 at this point, and I arrived at 10!!!! I had a consult on 9/4 for a colonoscopy. The doctor instructed his office clerk to submit an urgent authorization and informed me that I should receive a call that I have not received a call till I walked on 9/17. I walked in to get status of the authorization because they do NOT answer their phone. The same office clerk told my daughter that “she didn’t have time to submit the authorization.” I have colon cancer, stage 4 and need a colonoscopy before treatment. the service here is joke, most of the time when we call there is no answer, when they do answer they tell me that someone will call you before the end of the day and they never call back. I have been waiting for call back for 2 months to schedule an procedure and no call. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELF ( PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE). I hope they do something about it, I wonder if they will do this to their family.
