July23,2025 I was scheduled for a procedure, and prior to the procedure my copayment of $300 was collected. Consumer please beware, the doctor was unable to perform the procedure. I requested my copayment back said MD stated he was going to look into it. After calling his office and getting the run around I telephone the Gastro Surgi Center on July 29,2025 and I was told I would get a refund because the procedure was unable to be done. that it will not be credited to my credited to my care that I will receive check in 5 busi... read more
This was the fifth time I had either a colonoscopy or endoscopy here and I want to mention that each time the entire staff was extremely professional, friendly and helped to make me as comfortable as possible. Today I even received a phone call as a follow up to see how I was doing.
