2nd time I’ve come for procedures and had pleasant experience both times. Recently seems to be so fast - got there are 745am and was home by 915am :) Shay at the front desk was very informative and Maria RN and Charlie RN were both pleasant and helped to make the experience a good one. Dr Franzese is so kind and informative- great bedside manner .

First, I want to start by saying we sincerely hope management sees & reviews the feedback of this facility. My mom had her colonoscopy at this center because this is where the doctor operates out of. First, the waiting room is beyond small with everyone crammed in on top of each other. One bathroom is not enough. Please stay on top of restocking hand soap & paper towels. I was beyond shocked to find out there are ZERO patient rooms for getting changed in. My senior citizen mom who suffers from osteoporosis was told to change... read more
I had a great experience. Shay was very nice and friendly. My nurses Annabel and Maria were lovely and very supportive. My whole procedure was very professional and efficient.
