Great experience! Dr Lal very personable and knowledgeable! Procedure quick and easy. Staff was fantastic from check in to pre op to operating room staff and recovery.
40 min wait for my post-op appointment to be told the person my appointment is with hadn't shown up for work yet.
I’m not sure why this place was so highly recommended. My father waited 2.5 hrs before going in. Several seniors were waiting for hours and it’s ridiculous. Expecting them to sit in a waiting room in uncomfortable chairs for hours is unacceptable. He will not be returning.
Excellent care and treatment. Good aftercare instructions. Good trust in him.
I've been a patient of Dr Lal for years and have received great care. The staff is so kind and efficient also. I will continue to see him for my endoscopies and colonoscopies.
