Dr Joel is super cool . Now , the reason I am giving 1 star is because in 2024 I had an appointment and I asked before and after my appointment if I owe them anything and front desk said “no, you are good to go”. Later , in 2025 I saw dr Joel , and later after I was told I had a bill to pay from 2024, which came 1 year later. I am still fighting over that charge of 209$ for my visit back in 2024, and we are in 2026, for refusing to pay a bill which came after 1 year after my visit .
