Phone service is absolute garbage and extremely uncaring and unprofessional employees on the line. I do not leave bad reviews ever, but this one deserved it. I requested a Rx refill a week prior to running out which the Dr had to approve, no response from them for a week! Pharmacy said I should call them and I did and was unable to get a message through or an approval within any timely manner so I am currently sitting here a week after requesting a Rx refill with no meds and no response.
