Started me in a room having me explain everything, but it wasn’t a room it was a hole in the hallway where I could hear doctors talking about patients and could hear phone calls of insurance companies and right off the bat that made me uncomfortable. Has to be against HIPPA. Went in to get some tests done, doctor barely listened to me (I don’t think she could understand me tbh) none of my symptoms were noted. Staff was very professional and friendly
Constantly rescheduling my appointments that are made over a month in advance. The office is also a mess, for my last appointment I had to wait 2 hours past my appointment time to see the doctor. It was so packed that there weren't even chairs available in the waiting room.
