Dr. Ruan is a great doctor but the office and billing department are HORRIBLY managed. I am awaiting a refund due to me after overpayment and it has been 2 months of getting the run around and excuses about why they cannot cut me the check. The office manager got involved over a week ago and we still have not heard back. This is unethical, poor business practices and downright FRAUD!
Perhaps the greatest pieces of crap that is around as a medical practitioner. The reception staff is horrific. All they do is take messages for doctors and input them into a system where they are never checked. Dr. Leavitt and his staff IGNORE patients calls and concerns. I have personally been left without medication for as long as 2 months and after foolishly giving them a second chance, I am forced to experience the same uncaring attitudes once again. 1/2 star. The tell you to come back in 5 years and then call it surveillance, not preventative. So your insurance coverage is far less. What a bunch of jerks.

Gastro Health is a nightmare. Dr. Eugenio Hernández is a good physician but his staff is horrible. I had a colonoscopy 2 months ago and they promised to call me with pathology results and nobody did it. I had to go personally to the office because they do not pickup the phone and after her visit to the Dr office my wife was in pain. After loosing my temper and raising my voice somebody came out to help us. Pretty disappointing. As part of the colonoscopy preparation, they give you very detailed step by step instructions. The last step needs to be completed at least two hours before your procedure. While the instructions actually say it, the way it is presented on the instructions (centered, different color font and circled in blue), it appears more like an address at the bottom of the letterhead than part of the instructions. Maybe I'm the only idiot that this ever happened to, but I doubt it.
Extremely disappointed with the visit. This place is a factory, patients are just a piece on the assembly line, you wait for a long while to be seen, but are in and out with the doctor in less than five minutes, the doctor we saw did not care about the concerns of the patient and left the room as were asking a question… sad, I wasted my time.
