This location is so convenient! The apartments are well taken care of and the pool is clutch for these hot summer days 🥵 v recommend as it is hard to find places with pools so close to downtown.
Great Location and Comfortable Living I’ve really enjoyed living at the Gastonian Condos. The location is super convenient—just minutes from downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum, and Lower Greenville. The building has a classic charm, and the units are surprisingly spacious for the price point. My condo was well-maintained, quiet, and had lots of natural light. I stayed here for 3 months and I loved it. Super peaceful! The location is ideal. The apartment was newly remodeled and the space was perfect. While i was there they fixed the gate for cars which made me feel super safe. The pool is constantly being cleaned. My only feedback is that the common areas inside the complex could use a cleaning more often. Overall, I recommend.
