It was very excellent.
My service advisor Billy is the best. I had two dry-rotted tires and he recommended me getting new tires. He updated me on the progress of my truck as soon as he knew. I would recommend Billy and whenever I return again I pray that I get him again.
Took my Nissan Rogue in to Gastonia Nissan for an oil change, tire rotation and rear brake work. Douglas Montero , my service advisor was waiting on me. As he checked me in he informed me, to my surprise.. that the prices for my services I came in for , were lower than what I was quoted.. Cool… the morning started off real well from the beginning..Thinking about it , they didn’t have to share that information at all. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a Nissan dealership. My service advisor Chad was amazing. Went over everything step by step was honest and had jokes from time to time. Lol. Made me fell like I was back at home (New Orleans) all the staff was great. I will definitely be back.
