Great doctor. Been seeing him for years. Could not get an appointment for an emergency. The lady that answered the phone to make an appointment said I could not get an appointment, because I had a bill. I called my insurance company. The bill had not been mailed to me. When I received their bill, I told the payment clerk, she just lost a patient.

Dr. Gaston Jr. is a very good doctor, but his nurses are another story. After my annual physical, Dr. Gaston told me I would have prescriptions for the next 6 months. The nurses hassle me every time I ask for a meds and try to make me make an appointment. The last time this happened I asked the nurse if I could get a message to Dr. Gaston and she said "No Sir." So I guess I have to make an appointment in order to get a message to my doctor. Go figure.

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Would you recommend this family doctor to others? I Already Have Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified
