We have used this plumber multiple times for two different properties we own. He has always done a good job and at a fair rate. Installed new pipes in our 1936 house. Installed a new sink in our bathroom. When our renter complained that they had no hot water, Roman discovered that the renter had turned the heat down on the hot water heater. Roman failed to apply for required permit to legally access sewer. Upon filing a complaint and taking Roman to small claims court I was referred by the judge to superior court. His admission and reason for not getting said permit was that he was not certified to work on sewer systems. Consequently he was not able to obtain a permit nor did he try. One of their drivers made an illegal turn onto a street that I was on correctly and we had to literally drive up onto the sidewalk to avoid being hit! Wth train your drivers to drive safely i doubt they had a plumbing issue that required them to make illegal turns onto a street.
Did a great job with water heater replacement with difficult installation conditions. Responsive and reasonably priced.
