You will pay for their time and the admins will be kind and then their male lawyers will target you aggressively behaving inconvenienced and borderline angry as though you’re bothering them for free. They thought it was appropriate to speak informally, condescendingly, using slang, and even making fun of my husband’s family’s situation as though we are beneath them. Cross cultural awareness and globally minded competence is lost on them and that’s the eloquent version.
Ryan was awesome. Friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. He was very communicative and easy to talk to. He settled our case quickly with the utmost professionalism!
