I’d give them a zero if I could. My mom was diagnosed with bone cancer. We called and they sent one person who came twice in two weeks. We NEVER received the needed medication that was supposed to help with the mucus that gathered in her throat. On the day she died, we called hospice 16 times and never got anyone to call back or come. My mom violently choked to death as I watched helplessly. Now Carolina caring!!! This has been the worst experience ever. They are supposed to make things easier for patients and families well they have made things worse. We’ve had one nurse show up in a week and that was only because we placed and emergency call. They say they will contact you and never do. What a horrible experience.

My brother was at the Robin Johnson House in Dallas. They did not keep him comfortable we had to keep going to the front desk to get them to do anything for him. They did even check on they family and see if we needed anything. We would be there for hours at a time and they did not come in his room that often. The place only had 7 patients.
