You don't want to work here. They are offended by EVERYTHING and don't value their employees. If you are the type who likes to "stir the pot" you will get your way. You'll never have to "suck it up" and deal with all personalities as they want everyone to act the same so that there are never any emotions or hurt feelings EVER. Very fast loading Staff is very friendly shipping entrance from Nickerson ave and entrance from second driveway then easy to back up on dock don’t enter from first driveway on right
We are an OEM we buy 100 motors at a time. There is always a high failure rate (8-10%) but we usually just adjust /fix the units ourselves. We sent a unite out to one of our customer and it quit working while it was still under warranty. We had to pay for all the shipping back and forth to our facility. We tried to fix the motor and had no successes so we sent the motor back to Gast . They then charged us $50 and are tiring to tell us there was nothing wrong with the motor . The motor was locked up.!!
If you have a problem with their product they will not help you. Do not do business with these people.
