No person on site. FIND A PLACE WITH A REAL PERSON! You have to use a website to get a space. Doing so is rather easy even considering the dated website. The main problem is ending the payment. Once you sign up or a space the payment becomes automatic. And you have to log in again and set a date for removal. When I did that, I set that move out date for the first of the month. Gassville Value Storage is hands down the best facility in Baxter county! It’s always clean, well maintained, and has great security! The customer service is second to none! The owners truly care about their customers and make the process quick and easy. Their online services can place you in a unit in less than 15 minutes! If you’re looking for a place to store your personal belongings, I wouldn’t look any farther! 5 stars all the way!

Nice storage units and fair pricing. I love that it has an actual locked gated entrance, it helps give me more peace of mind that my stuff is safe. The owner is very nice and easy to work with.

I rented a unit at Gassville Value Storage for over two years and found it to be secure and well-maintained. Though there's no office on-site, staff was always responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
