After seeing the news article I figured it was worth mentioning that we switched from gasser to Ghertner two years ago. What a difference it has made. The communities never looked better. They've been managing our funds appropriately and our reserves have tripled. If anyone is looking to switch companies after the news I would highly recommend Ghertner.

Just received notice that my HOA has switched from Gasser to another Property Management Company. God Bless my new HOA Board! And please forgive me for my 1 star as it really should be -1000.
If I could give them -5 stars I would. This company is awful, non responsive, their customer service is non-existen, you call or email them and never get back to you, but yet you have to pay the expensive HOA monthly payment on time or else. They pass the responsibility to the developers back and forth even though our community is already finished. The “community park” for the neighborhood is filled with litter and rocks, the landscaping company doesn’t even mow the weed, you have to pay them extra to do that or do it yourse... read more
The billings that I’ve had with the office have been perfectly fine. They have addressed issues quickly, approved any modifications to the exterior in a quick manner, and have been friendly. The only downside is that we haven’t had an HOA meeting in a couple of years. But, I attribute that to the builder as well since they are still in control of the HOA. I wish gasser would work to facilitate something though.
