This place is BEYOND horrible! My mother was referred to them in early February due to her receiving a catheter and it needing to be checked for proper care, infections, etc. The supervisor Santiago was very rude and talked to us like we were idiots! This was my mother’s first time dealing with this!! We were unaware of how home visits go but they were 0 help! Had to constantly fight to get someone to come to check on my mom. Simple Advice: Do not use them unless you enjoy being frustrated.
This company is ridiculous. The Quardinator Diane I got involved because,I could not get the staff to get an order for a blood draw from the Drs office. Finally got that done, and then did not come to draw blood on a patient with very thin blood. So that they can be treated with medication in a timely manner. You call to ask why it's not done, and knowone is avaliable to answer your questions nor return calls. So I Fired them today after a week and a half of frustration. Our experience with Juan Arturo Ramirez for my grandma has been exceptional! Every time he comes he has conversations with her, he cares about her health, and is very kind to her. We can’t wait to see him again and wish him the best !! Gracias Arturo por su ayuda y compasión !
