We hired Gaspy Home Health Care to treat an open wound from a previous surgery. Fabio has been our visiting nurse sent by Gaspy and he has been excellent. Fabio has been prompt, efficient, reliable, and has helped educate us regarding the wound. He showed me (as care giver to my daughter) what to do on the days he is not here. I highly trust and recommend him.
For the last 5 months I've been dealing with an open wound. I had 2 surgeries and nurse Fabio Garcia has been taking care of my wound care. He has done an amazing job treating my wound and going above and beyond to help me get this wound closed up. I truly admire his dedication to his patients. Gaspy has been on top of my needs and I just wanted to say ty. Great job guys.
Very poor customer service. PT is unprofessional and lies saying she couldn't make contact. Carlos called today to discharge, instead of sending someone professional. I wouldn't recommend this agency and will be contacting Medicare to file a complaint.
My 80 year old mom needed physical therapy after a spine fracture to help her with walking without a walker and working on her balance. Charles was her therapist for Physical therapy. Charles, has been awesome, kind, very attentive and helped with my mom to gain her strength and confidence to get her 100%. Fabio was my nurse and he was exceptional. I had a pic line and didn't know what to do and he straighten us out as to the order of antibiotics and saline. He was very kind and extremely helpful.
