Very disappointed. Been trying for over a week now to get propane delivered and finally received a call back yesterday, was told someone would contact me to get set up for delivery and still haven’t heard anything. Been without propane, and heat and have an infant in the house. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to contact someone? I’ve now left 4 voicemails on 4 different days.
Doesn’t ever answer the phone after calling MULTIPLE times and leaving messages. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company. They do not make themselves available to customers.
This company needs to be more accessible to customers via phone. They need to answer the phone or at least return calls. On the rare occasion when the phone was answered, the person on their end was nice. Order placed a week ago. No delivery yet, but the charge has already posted on our credit card. Card should not be charged until delivery takes place. Poor customer service. Update: an hour after the above was posted, delivery came. Still a problem with phone/customer service, though. Needed gas put in my tank. Had 2 seperate pre buys. Only wanted one of those delivered. Called and of course no one answered the phone, so left a message. Called back couple more times, still no one answered. So when I came home ticket was in my door and what did they do...they delivered both of the pre buys. That is why they need to answer the phone so people can tell them what they would like done. Well, I guess the 1 stars are right. I’ve called and called... 4 calls, left messages three times and finally got a call back saying someone would come to my home to inspect where everything would go ANDDDDD, two weeks later no one has called or came. �����

I've been trying to get them to deliver gas out here in Bucksville Road for over a week know.. I'm sitting on less than 5 percent and can't get a hold of anyone and I have a house full of kids and need some kind of heat.. never had a problem before.. don't owe them any money..just don't understand what the problem is why no one can answer the phone so u can find out something.. I'm sick of calling and calling and calling.. I don't know what more to do..yes.. I'm very upset right now..
