Bay view I used to be a nice place to live, I lived here for over eight years and when Darlene was in charge it was an amazing place, now this dream has turned into a nightmare. Once Darlene left and the hurricane flooded the building it because a horrible place to live. When hurricane Milton flooded the building the owner was nowhere to be found, people who lived here besides myself relentlessly called and reached out to the owner and went to the office in person, and not only did he fail to reply, he didn’t get back to us ... read more

The best place to live. Darlene and her team handle every issue from minor to major within hours. The properties alone are gorgeous and extremely well maintained. Prices are extremely fair. The biggest upside to Gaspar Properties is the initiative they take to hear your problem, whether it’s a sink not working or extra paint, they handle it immediately. Highly recommend living here.
