Have had the privilege of being a Gaspar tenant on more than one occasion. Great experience. We don t know what we have until we experience the total opposite.... Which sadly I did for the last 11 months. Hurricane Helene destruction was unexpected and total. The kindness of the proprietor Hamilton Jones was legendary. A house is only as strong as the architect and in this case the architect is the most decent and honorable landlord ever. 10 gold star for the man.
Bay view I used to be a nice place to live, I lived here for over eight years and when Darlene was in charge it was an amazing place, now this dream has turned into a nightmare. Once Darlene left and the hurricane flooded the building it because a horrible place to live. When hurricane Milton flooded the building the owner was nowhere to be found, people who lived here besides myself relentlessly called and reached out to the owner and went to the office in person, and not only did he fail to reply, he didn’t get back to us ... read more
