I wish I could find the right words to describe Dr. Ravin Agah. He has been the guardian of health, someone who not only understands symptoms but, more importantly, gets to the root cause of those symptoms. I’m deeply saddened to hear that he is leaving the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, and I have no idea where he is going—no one seems to know. Does not care for patients time and no value of patients schedules.
We have received excellent care from the majority of the Medical personall Who work in the CMG system. We have seen numerous Physicians at many different locations , and have few issues , with all of them addressed to our satisfaction.
Dr. Kourdoni prescribed me a very addictive hazardous narcotic without determining if it was appropriate for me. His negligence resulted in major deleterios mental and physical health effects, both short-term and long-term. The man also wrote untruths about me, spread gossip, and went to inordinate lengths to cause me personal harm! Do not trust him, by any means!
Very good experience at Memorial with the exception of Discharge Planning, Patient waited 6 hours for transport and then was transported at 11:00 at night to a very undesirable facility. Family not available at that time of night after waiting all day for the discharge. Patient now stuck in an absolutely miserable placement with no windows, no light, no fresh air. Feel patient was "dumped."
