I had a sever knee injury last year; Dr. paul Gaspar did excellent job in eight sessions reduced my pain from high to very low. I followed his instructions after that and now I forgot that I couldn't even be able to bend my knee and sit in my car. He used different methods than other PT that I know and exactly used the workout and machines that worked effectively. Thank you Dr. Paul
So grateful to Gaspar, Bressi Ranch for 1st helping me bounce back from a wake-boarding right knee injury, then for helping to nurse a bum left ankle & help coach me through my 1st official run (a successful 1/2 marathon this past weekend). Though I've mainly worked with Carla as my DPT, who is awesome - professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable (not to mention an avid athlete herself), I've found these traits to be common of all the staff there. I went to Caspar in Bressi Ranch and I absolutely love every staff member here! The greeting people make you feel welcomed and not so nervous to see a doctor or go through the examination process. I have had six years of back problems and can honestly say that this was the only physical therapy location where I felt that my improvement mattered.
