Used to be a better Mobile Home Park but now they will rip you off at every chance. They incompetently repair themselves with no licensed Journeyman Plumber the common water-main pipe breaks in the 3 parks without a City inspection first & license which is illegal. Then they charge every occupant of the 3 parks for the increase in THEIR water bill by adding it surreptitiously into the lot renters water bill for the difference instead of paying for their own mistake. They do not offer garbage service twice a week, or offer a ... read more
