They were horrible MOLD in our unit and they (DIXIE) had the nerve to raise rent. Leaking ceiling in the bathroom!! They just put another piece of wall paper other it so it would leak again!!! Please don't waste your time or money trust me you can find better!!!!!! They only care about getting your $$$$ they don't fix what needs to be fixed!!!!!!!!!! So we didn't give them money cuz the mold and leaking so we got booted out and found a better place!!!!!!! Hope y'all don't get caught in CHET AND DIXIES MONEY MONEY MONEY SCAM
You can see the apartments youtube ... Search for Gaslight Square They are actually very nice for the price, many tenants have the owner's number and contact them as needed. No big Corp. monopoly. Best deal around!!!
