Firstly, Gaslight doesn't even offer boarding, so I'm not sure what Tom is talking about. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I decided to board my pets here and now wish I hadn't.
