The doctors are nice, but the practice itself is crooked… I tried to get my prescriptions refilled, but was told that I had to come in for a physical. I scheduled my one annual covered physical. We talked about my existing documented medical conditions and the doctor refilled my prescriptions. The billing office then billed the appointment to my insurance as an “office visit” instead of a physical, causing insurance to deny coverage. Dr. Hunderman is an extraordinary partner in my ongoing health. She listens as well as she explains. She is compassionate and sensitive and curious about unusual or special conditions. Visits with her, regardless of whether I'm having symptoms or just checking up, are always reassuring and restore confidence. That alone is a valued component of my own health. Very satisfied with Dr. Hunderman and the legendary Dr. Brian Phillips (now retired) before her.
