It should not be this difficult just to schedule and attend a consultation. While I cannot speak on the quality of their services, I can speak on the lack of professionalism from the call center and the disappointment of them missing a scheduled consultation.
I had four towering pine trees that were a disaster waiting to happen if I tried it myself. Two were inches from my neighbor's fence, one stood between our houses, and the fourth was a monster in the back with a massive trunk. Gaskin gave me a fair quote, so I called them in. Today, we had two large trees cut down by Gaskin Tree Service. Blake and Michael came and did an excellent job. They were professional, courteous, and quite knowledgeable about their job. It was amazing to watch them calculate where the tree and limbs would fall. They were also safety conscience and ensured we were out of harms way.
